How will my Order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. Please see our Shipping Policy on our Policies Page.
When will my order process and how long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders will be processed in 24 to 48 hours with most items shipping in that same time frame. Some items may take longer to ship due to the manufacturer. Shipping times will vary due to this.
Do you only accept orders online?
Yes, at this time we are only accepting orders online unless you need a large quantity order, then you can contact us via email for a possible price discount.
Do you ship orders Internationally?
That depends on the item that you wish to purchase and the country from which you are ordering from. International customers must first contact Customer Service via email with item description, quantity and shipping address. If you need a shipping estimate first, please specify and we will contact you with the estimate, otherwise an invoice will be generated and emailed to you. Once you have made payment, the order will be processed. Most International orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post with a shipping time of 4 – 10 days.
What if my order is to ship to an unconfirmed address, or one that does not match your credit card billing address?
If so, enter your billing address, exactly as it appears on your monthly statement into the PayPal entry window. Then list the desired shipping address, along with your telephone number, in the Message area when you complete the checkout process. This will avoid additional delays when processing your orders. Otherwise, we will be unable to ship until we have verified all of your billing information.
What is your return policy?
Do you charge State Sales Tax?
At this time we will charge 5% sales tax to all orders in the State of South Carolina. At this time, sales tax will not be charged on out of state orders.
What credit cards do you accept?
Paypal accept credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards, and more. Please follow Paypal’s instructions as you check out.

How do I place an order?
Put in the quantity you want to order and then click Add To Cart. Then follow the prompts to complete the order.
I do not see what I want, can you get it for me?
There is a good chance that we can. Just send us an email from our Customer Service Page with a full description of the item you are searching for and we will work our hardest to find it for you.
Can I get a price quote from you with out making an order?
Yes, simply send us an email from our Customer Service page with the item, quantity and your name along with phone number and address and we will get that out to you as soon as possible.
