Shipping Policy
Orders can be shipped by UPS, USPS, FEDEX and DHL. There are numerous carriers for larger orders shipped. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain products classified, as HAZMAT or ORMD, will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
Parcel Insurance
Parcels will be insured at the published carrier insurance rate. The customer will be billed unless otherwise instructed at time of order. Should the customer choose to self insure, we have no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
Minimum Orders
No minimum order. A $4.00 service fee for orders less than $10.00 and a $1.00 service fee for orders between $10.00-$100.00.
Order Processing.
All orders will be processed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All orders will be acknowledged within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays. Once payment has been accepted, all in stock items will normally ship within 24 hours.
Return Policy
Most manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise be retuned directly to them, so you need to check with us first! A return authorization number must be given before attempting to return any merchandise.
To obtain a RA#, email us at support@carolinaflashlights.com. We will then give you a RA# and return address. The RA# must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel as well as the paperwork.
We will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such product to customer excluding returns of defective product. RA#?s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fee
Non-defective merchandise returned to Carolinaflashlights.com for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
